Default New to train sim 2012

Hi,
I bought a copy of Train simulator 2012 deluxe last week and have been plodding my way through the tutorials. The two things I noticed is that the mouse wheel zoom function does not work in train view mode and the class 47 in the diesel tutorial has only one tone to its horn.
Can someone please tell me if it is me who is at fault or bugs in the software? Are there any other known bugs that I may come across?

Thanks

Im guessing that Train Simulator 2012 is Railworks 3 - if so, I've personally never used the mouse wheel to zoom in/out, I usually use the up/down keys, I'll check the next time im on it if the scroll wheel works on anything else.
As for the horns, only a few trains will have both horns that you can sound seperately by pressing either space-bar or C

I thought it was spacebar and B

You can buy various sound packs that allow you have a independent 2tone. I brought one for the Class 47 - and now i truly do the the spoon horn

Blame the gremlins, that's who I blame.

The biggest bug in my opinion is the ever-so-helpful SBHH error popup which rears it's ugly hide all too frequently.

Whoever thought that was a good idea must have sadistic tendencies... Yes, we'll tell them something has mucked up but we won't tell them what it is!
