Default FGW today

FGW seem to have been hit hard by delays and cancellations today.

I know last night there was a PHBT in the vicinity of Maidenhead, but not including it there have been a lot of problems in the early evening, with several cancellations and persistent delays around Bristol. In spite of this though I haven't been able to find anything wrong...

Does anyone know what the trouble was (or is)?

I had intended to ignore the football today and instead go for a little wander around Bristol, and more specifically up the Severn Beach line, but after all of this I thought better of it - even it has been affected.

Late edit: 10,000th thread in NR General Discussion!

Default

There was a points failure earlier at Abbotswood Junction which affected Great Malvern services.
