Default Ticket + season ticket delay repay

Good afternoon all,

If you make a journey with a combination of a season ticket and another ticket (e.g. an off-peak return), and there is a delay, can you claim delay repay for the entire journey (i.e. both tickets)?

For reference, the journey was Tunbridge Wells - Canterbury West (involving changes at Tonbridge and Ashford Int), with a season ticket covering the Canterbury-Ashford section. The entire journey is Southeastern.

What value should be entered for the value of the ticket on the delay repay form?

Yes, you can.

You don't use the preset form for these claims. Take a photo of your tickets and send Customer Services an email detailing your journey.
