What sort of thing are you looking for?

Trains - BVE - http://mackoy.cool.ne.jp
Buses - vBus - http://vbus.rulez.pl/indexen.html
Planes - FlightGear - http://www.flightgear.org/index.shtml

I am not sure if there are any free detailed car driving simulators. It's something I'd certainly be intersted in!

Download an update of vBus at http://forum.virtualbus.info/index.php?showtopic=1807

Version A5B, if you can go to download page and look for A5C ones. Download it and it will be A5C. Please be registered to download the newest version and follow Coxster links, as the download from the forum only has the updated files to change. Cheers!

I downloaded the 'vbus' game and I was impressed. For a basic freeware simulator, it sure was entertaining. Interesting to have an mp3 function allowing you to listen to your favourites.

One thing about vBus is the scenery is unfortunately not very dense, or detailed. That is of course unless there are any add-on 'maps' that I don't know about
