Question Old Automated Announcements

Hi everyone,

I've got a couple of questions that I hope someone will be able to answer.

1. I've attached a zip file with an announcement in it that was the old automated announcer at Luton before he was replaced with the Phil Sayer system about two and a half years ago. Can anyone tell me who he is and whether he is still used anywhere?
If you require any more files to identify him I have a few more.

2. Was the announcer used at London Charing Cross (again before the Phil Sayer 'upgrade') used at any other station or was he employed by Network Rail/Southeastern to record only the stations that could be reached from Charing Cross.

Thanks.
