Best day at Acton Bridge?

Afternoon all!

Just wondering what is the best day to go to Acton Bridge? I fancy going some time this week, and just wondering is there a specific day where there are more movements than others, on the freight side of things?
And does the NR HST run on Tuesdays or Weds?

Can't go tomorrow as this storm looks like it will be battering us, but either Tuesday or Weds would do for me.

Any suggestions?
