Default Megabus offer 100,000 free seats

How can they make money by giving up free seats? and yet pricing people super low prices, some how that dont seem to be a money making buisness.

I think it's probably to try and get people to use the service (for free) and then think "actually, it's not bad, I'll use it more often" kinda thing.
