Default Structured interview National Express?

Hi all,

I have recently passed an assessment day in stratford and have the structured interview on friday. Just wondered if anyone has attended a structured interview for trainee train driver or has any advice. I have been doing some research and know that it is based on my experiences and suitability for the role.

Any help/advice would be much appriciated.

Cheers

Safety, safety, safety!

In my interview, I was asked what I knew about the company, so do research and learn what you can about NatEx.

That's all that comes to mind at the moment. I'll be more helpful when I'm more awake.

The structured interview is safety, responding to emergencies, working in a rules based environment and following procedures. Customer service doesn't really play a role in this stage, that's more for management interviewing you initially.
