Default Person in Charge of Sidings (PICOS)

I've never actually heard of this course, but it would appear I may have to do it.

Also being asked to become compliant with GO/RT3255, if not already. (The only reference to this was a Railtrack Fitness Levels document, now withdrawn). ??????

Anyone know what this entails?

Thanks.

Stephen

Person in charge (of a siding) is Module T4 of the rule book. The title of that person taking the possession is simply “Person In Charge”. It is a very much diluted version of T3 simply where the person In Charge will block the entrance to a siding by clipping points. RT3255 just a guess but am wondering if it’s a type error and should have read RT3181 (Protection of the line) ??. Hope this helps.
