[SimSig] King's Cross re-released

Version V2.103 of King's Cross was released today, this fixes the bugs reported in the recent V2.102 release. (In particular problems sending trains to Dalston Kingsland, as reported on this forum).

You can download the new version at the usual place

I'm going to try it out now.

Hopefully we can resume our regular SimSig games using this version much more reliably soon
