Default Train driving simulators

Hi all,

Please could somebody tell me If there's anywhere where you can go, and drive a virtual train simulator? (The kind drivers are trained on, before going onto the real thing)

I've got a feeling there's something at Crewe, but aren't sure.

If anyone could help me, i'd be very greatful. Website links would also be great.

Ian

Theres the Virgin Trains simulator at Crewe but its not open to the public. I am going there in December though as I bought it at a charity auction.

There are various training simulators such as the 323 at Stafford and the Desiro simulator at Basingstoke but as said above, these are strictly for driver training purposes except special arrangements.
