Hi All,
I have just bought a train ticket from a Rail Appointed travel agent for the sole purpose that I caught wind that they issued on ELGAR stock - Incorrect They charge an extra £1.50 (Shown on reciept as 'RAIL B/FEE' and also advetised as such) for the convienience of buying through them, something I won't be doing again! I was wondering what is their maximum booking fee they can charge, if there is one, set out in the T&C's etc...??? TIA TP

They can charge pretty much what they want really....
http://www.atoctravelagents.org/ doesn't mention booking fees but has other info on travel agents. |

It does, aye. As I said I only went there because I was (un-reliably) informed that they issued on ELGAR stock... I won't be going back!
