I'm unsure of her reason for it but i think she was putting her shoe on or something. It must have been distracting to the driver. I was waiting for an airbag FAIL.

Why would you need to sit the wrong way round to put your shoe on? What was she thinking?

Or I suppose, the better question would be what was she not thinking?
