Default [SIMSIG] Port

Hi all, what port do I need to open so then people can play my simsig games? I am on a home network.

You just download it onto your C drive from http://www.simsig.co.uk

Yeah. Ive downloaded it, and all I have is my network IP which nobody can connect to unless they're on my network

You just give people their IP address and they'll connect to you via the 'network play' option

Port 1234. If your PC is not directly connected to the internet (e.g. you are using NAT), then you need to forward all traffic arriving from the internet on your network on this port to the IP address of the computer you are hosting SimSig from. For most people, this is a case of configuring your router. Consult your router documentation for details on how to enable port forwarding.

I hope that answers your question.

Obviously you need to supply the external IP address of your network to anyone joining through the internet.
