The free P&P option is "Economy Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard)." Only the charged for P&P is a 24 hour courier.

This doesn’t include copies of old denominations that can’t be used as money, and are now obsolete and worthless except for their collectable value.

Which begs the question of what do you put on the envelope as payment?

Ah, but the stamp loses its value the moment it enters the mail. So technically you're only sending a 'dead' stamp, and it's 'live' ones that are prohibited.

The wording bans the sending of counterfeit stamps through the post, not perfectly good ones.
