Security token missing?

I keep getting this error when I try and reply to a post

What is this token? And mroe importantly why is it always missing the first time around.

I belive this can sometimes happen if you take a long time to write a post and click submit, however it could also be an issue with various parts of vBulletins instillation.

or possibly the date/time on your PC is incorrect?

Yeah I think it may have been a problem with my server as it went down for some reason yesterday.
