"The Key" extends to Bexhill

It looks like Southern are extending their ITSO smartcard trial. At
present it covers stations between Brighton and Seaford.

says that Southern intend to extend it to Bexhill in "Spring 2012"

No mention of any integration with Brighton Buses or Metrobus yet.

This might be a Govia thing as the recently launched Wilts & Dorset and Solent Blue Line (both owned by Go-Ahead Group) ITSO schemes are also called 'The Key'

As for Metrobus or Brighton Buses see their front pages here or here. ;)

As is London Midland's as well bus operators Go North East and Oxford Bus's smartcard schemes.

The OP said 'integrated' presumably bus and rail.

All readers are at all stations along the line now, and it being my local line i should get one.

Can see integrated bus and rail for Go-Ahead companies, but not say Stagecoach at the time, despite for me, there would be 3 major travel companies (SN, Stagecoach and B&H), but for now id need 3 different cards.

according to Southern at a presentation to the Marshlink Action Group in Rye recently it should be available on all of both coastway routes by the end of the year,
