The big day is not far off now and up and down the land good folk are starting to prepare Christmas dinner. Turkeys are defrosting, sprouts being peeled and carrots scrubbed.

Only problem is, not all Christmas dinners will turn out quite as well as hoped for. The recurring nightmares of undercooked meat, soggy potatoes and mushy sprouts are a reality in many households.

Anyone ever encountered problems with Christmas dinners or have any handy hints to help improve the x-mas dining experience?

One problem there already. Sprouts should have been on at Easter.

Tips? Yeah, don't have Turkey, it has no taste (as someone on TV said last night "it has about as much taste as a bag of wood chippings.") There's a reason we don't have it at other times during the yr!

Whats the point in turkey? just put cranbury source on it to make it good. Why dont we just leave the turkey, give us a spoon and a pot the source ;)
