Delays at Plymouth (Sun 29th April 2012)

Delays at Plymouth in both Cornwall and London/Midlands directions.

Station information boards indicated possible 90 minute waits due to an obstruction between Plymouth and Totnes.

Does anybody know what's going on?

I am currently on the delayed 10:40 awaiting permission to travel on the wrong line up to Ivybridge, according to the on train announcement anyway!

-> New information tells us that there are trees on the line.

Its fallen trees I think, there's a lot of trees down this morning in Devon, there is also a obstruction on the line at Reading if you're heading in that direction so expect more delays.
