Hello,

We have 8 Super Off-Peak Returns from Flitwick to Penzance with GroupSave 4 priced at £51.50 each (bought before the fare increase) for outward travel on Sunday 3rd June and returning on Thursday 7th June - it is the return journey restrictions which are confusing me.

We are intending to travel home on the 1141 departure (changing at Newton Abbot for the 1433) and we hold reservations for each. Leaving at 1141, the itinerary says to travel on the 1801 from Farringdon.

When reading the restriction (YX) it says "Validity Codes CI/CJ apply to all journeys via London St Pancras International" and when looking at codes CI/CJ it says that travel from St Pancras is barred from 1515-1859.

So, are we not actually allowed to travel on the 1801 from Farringdon or have I missed something?

Thanks in advance for any help - and sorry if I have over complicated things (which I feel I have!) :)

The relevent text is:
Super Off-Peak tickets issued
for journeys commencing
OUTSIDE the Network Area for
travel via London, take the
restrictions from the origin
station to London and return.
Unless shown otherwise on the
following pages, they are
unrestricted between London
and the destination station
and return.

So yes - I'm 90% sure they are valid as you are travelling from a station outside the Network area to a station within it :) (I am unsure what 'Unless shown otherwise on the following pages') refers to as I do not have access to the full document at present)

Thank you :) I just wanted to be sure because if they were not valid and they were checked on-board it would be one huge excess!
