Have First Great Western released their full timetable book for the summer timetable yet?

And if not, are they planning to do one?

Thanks in advance,

Tim

I think it's out too. I trust it's still £4, from all the usual stations? I hope so, it is far and away the best published TOC railway timetable I've ever seen, if they doubled the price I'd still buy it!

I bought my copy for £4 from Exeter St Davids last week. I don't understand why, even though it's the best railway timetable available, FGW make it difficult to access? It's not available to buy online, over the phone, or at most FGW stations other than the main ones (Reading, Bristol TM, Oxford, Plymouth etc)

And no mention of it on their website either! Interesting that someone else has brought this up, saw a couple of guys at Exeter with a book that I presumed was one, thinking to myself 'I wonder where I could get my hands on a book like that...' :p

Stations are Paddington, Slough, Reading, Oxford, Newbury, Westbury, Swindon, Bath, Bristol TM / Parkway, Taunton, Exeter St Davids, Plymouth and Penzance I think, readily available at each.

A Google search returned the following result:

The thread I've linked to (above) suggests it is also available from Cheltenham (I've bought it from there before now) and Truro.

What are these books ?

The FGW all line timetable includes train times of all FGW services, plus times of services operated by other TOCs along lines FGW serves such as Reading to Banbury. It also contains HST seating plans, a list of rail-link buses, and a description of various catering services available.

I picked up a copy from Reading a couple of weeks back, the guy wasn't sure if they had any or not at first and needed a supervisor to show him how to put it through the ticket machine as a sale.
