Hi All

We're doing some research into how tickets purchased online/by telephone print when collected from a TVM, or when sent by post. I've just collected some tickets, so here is an example of what we're looking for:

Type: Online
Site purchased from: eastcoast.co.uk
TVM collected from: Northern Parkeon Cash and Cards
Number of coupons of all types printed: 8
Number of coupons stated on receipt: 7
Reservations for each passenger or combined for group: N/A (only 1 passenger)
Passenger details (ie Adult/Child/Railcards etc): Adult

If you're not sure what kind of TVM it is, it would be great if we could know what TOC operates the machine, where it is and what payment types it accepts. Also anything else which you think is unusual or relevant to our research.

Feel free to ask any questions, you can either post below, or feel free to PM me if you'd prefer.

Many thanks
Ian

Ian, I wonder whether this is relevant over whether the people type is the same (by that I mean 2 adults, or 1 adult 1 child).

One of mine:

ype: Online
Site purchased from: mytrainticket.co.uk
TVM collected from: Northern xx Cards only
Number of coupons of all types printed: 13
Number of coupons stated on receipt: 12 coupons
Reservations for each passenger or combined for group: for each passenger individually
