Do any regular timetabled trains run along the South Staffordshire Line between Wychnor and Lichfield? I've seen coal trains which I believe supply Ratcliffe Power Station but these of course are irregular. Thank you.

My 2010 edition of Baker's Rail Atlas has this marked as a 'Freight Only' line.

I have a daily timetable of freight, passenger & engineering trains along that section. Will inbox you later this evening with details.

The 1935 Newcastle-New Street XC service is booked that way.

Freight-wise, the only regular daytime workings are the afternoon
6K50 Toton to Crewe departmental and 6D51 return.

In addition, there are the 'as required' coal trains from Liverpool
to Ratcliffe power station which you have seen, ballast trains from
Mountsorrel to Crewe/Carlisle, plus the Tees to Ditton DRS intermodal,
but that one runs after dark.

Yeah, there's a good few early morning and late night runs.
