Have a look around - see what takes your fancy, you're spoiled for choice ;)

If you are after a proper full english breakfast at a decent price, forget it. Leave the station and use one of the many cafes in the vicinity!

Dead right, loads of places directly opposite KX./St. P

With the odd exception who eats in a station unless they're desperate.

KGX/STP are not average stations. There are numerous reasons why you would choose to eat there. I often eat there even if I'm not catching a train, or if I'm catching a train from Euston later on.

Giraffe do decent breakfasts; there's one just across the street in King's Cross. They also do decent cocktails; just remember no tequila before noon, anything else is fair game.

Is that WIMPYs open on Euston Road, opposite PX?
I used to go in there in the late 70s.
It was all 1950s Chrome and Formica.
Lovely grub too.

:)

Guess not huh

The Modern Snack Bar , Pentonville Road , right next to the Scala cinema / old Thameslink entrance is astounding value and a good local business.

On the station - Belugio - opposite the flower shop and near the north end cashpoints is brilliant value for money and their bacon / sausage muffins and great coffee should do the job.

to be fair food in stations is a lot better than it used to be, quite a bit of selection in St P. If you get a Eurostar freq traveller card you can get 10% off in M&S & various places in St P. or if yo get a bite card you can 20% off the most of the usual railway station cafe chains.
