That last part of your posting was a bit uncalled-for....:(

Well it's true I'm afraid. It must be.

Rules said:
[*]You may not walk between stations of the same transport mode however you may walk up to half a mile when changing modes to a stop in the vicinity.

King Square to Barry station is 0.9 miles.

But anyway, no one bothers anymore so neither am I! Haha. Sod it.

Would it be alright to walk from White City to Wick then as if so that would be my next move.

Please, can we not resort to sarcasm when posting in this thread. Not only can it interrupt the flow of the quiz, but it significantly lowers the mood, making it less enjoyable for all players.

This post is not deliberately targeted at everyone. There are rules to this quiz, which whilst we may have a more laissez-faire attitude to, if you feel that a particular poster is infringing upon them frequently, then some guiding comments can do good - if one feels necessary then you can call a halt to the game, which can then be discussed with fellow posters.

Can I say, Barry station and King Square are nowhere near each other. They're at least twenty minutes away.

We could have caught the same train one stop earlier at Barry Docks if we'd wished, for the same net effect. Barry Docks is only 0.4 miles away, as opposed to a (still walkable) 1.2 miles.

It's not worth changing now though as we've moved on a long way. :)

We take the short walk to Wood Lane tube station and catch the 22.30 Hammersmith and City line train all the way to Barking station, arriving at 23.25 on the same Friday evening.

Remarkably the tube still hasn't quite shut down for the night, so we can board a Northern Line train to High Barnet, leaving at 00:51 and arriving at 01:12 Saturday morning.

It wasn't sarcasm. I was merely stating the fact that if no one else was bothering with the rules then I wondered if I needed to.

That's fair enough however if I was in the the same position I hope I would receive the same fair treatment and that such a move would be allowed if I did this.

I haven't got a problem with it but I only related back to the rules following the failure of the previous Transport Game Quiz. So in effect I was only mentioning it in order to coincide with these rules.

Taking the short walk to the bus station, we next board the 0728 Brighton and Hove Bus & Coach service 29 to Eridge Green (Church) that arrives there at 0803 on Saturday morning.

We then board the 0818 Brighton and Hove Bus service 29 to Brighton (Old Steine), arriving there at 1000 on Saturday morning.
