Tracking Down 450018 & 450020

Hi,

I'm planning a trip to London later on this week, trying to track down my last two class 450s for sight.

Can anybody with access to the appropriate systems please advise if both of these EMUs are currently in active service, and what services they have been working over the past couple of days ?
