Hi all,

My train up to Copenhagen broke down, and subsequently we were bundled onto a normal EMU, only 3 cars so no seat, and we were 90 down when we finally arrived in Copenhagen. What's the process for making a claim?

Thanks

Thanks.

I'm on mobile internet as the airport Wi-Fi isn't up to much. Thankfully I had an overnight stop before my flight.

I've claimed on a number of occasions and always found the people in Frankfurt most efficient and happy to correspond in English to boot!

Should anyone have any problems with their claims being refused google "Eisenbahnbundesamt". Then switch to English and find the passenger rights section. Source: Had some trouble once with global fares and them not refunding 50% of the whole total.
