I don't know if this is the correct place for this. Last time I was down at Montrose they still had the "Scotrail operated by First" sign on the fence on Platform 2 and was wondering is Montrose the only station still with a First sign?

I would think there are quite a few but they will be changed sooner or later, I think there is still some First North Western branding at Macclesfield so it can take years.

There is a British Rail Kearsley sign and at Hindley there is apparently a platform serving trains to Crewe amongst other places.

If memory serves, there's still a FNW-branded posterboard at the top of the steps to p1/2 at Preston.

Network SouthEast branding is still clinging on at various locations in Chilternland...Most noticeably above the main entrance to Marylebone. Indeed, until fairly recently it was still possible to make out the ghost of the NSE logo and numerals on 165001, as can just about be seen here:

Which reminded me, the signage at Dingwall has its Gaelic name spelt wrong. Scotrail said they'd fix it a long time ago.

Answering my own question, it appears it is, unless it's gone recently?

Still there.

And if you are arriving off the Bakerloo Line at Marylebone there are signs pointing to 'British Rail'.

Tamworth still says "British Rail Tamworth" at the entrance, some companies aren't quick to change things.

Still quite a bit of NSE paintwork and signs dotted around the GEML.

Do the AGA 170s still carrying Anglia livery 11 years after it ceased to exist win some sort of prize?
