Cheadle Hulme points failure

Lots of sevices messed up because of points failure at Cheadle Hulme currently off the 18:48 of Wolverhampton been diverted via Alsager and then going via the style line into Manchester.
All fun and games as they say.

Just to make matters worse there is a line side fire at Sandbach so we are stuck in Crewe.Now were is that 92 :)

They could reach Manchester via Warrington BQ (electrics even, now).
ATW regularly divert Cardiff services that way, but doubtless others would have route knowledge problems (and need somewhere to terminate in Manchester).

Yes that is what the Guard told me he said he and the driver still know the route but are not allowed to do it.
