Please could someone furnish me with copies of the TPE and Northern Rail diagrams for their DMUs that cover the following stations/routes.

Yarm line.
Darlington - Middlesborough - Saltburn
Whitby - Middlesborough
Sunderland line.

Interested in the Winter and summer diagrams.

I can get the WTT off netional rail/RTT

Thanks in advance.

I can tell you that the Whitby line is just one unit Monday-Saturday

Cheers 185143.

I might have a few questions relating to what stock work these lines too soon.

i spent a few days shack scratching up there about a month ago and everything was a 156. On Sundays the first train to Whitby is ex Bishop Auckland, the penultimate train from Whitby is to Bishop Auckland and last one is to Newcastle? (Might be the other way round not sure, I spent the Sunday on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway!)

Darlington-Saltburn are all 142s, as are most of the Newcastle-Middlesbrough trains. The TPE trains through Yarm are 185s.

Whitby line is the same 156 back and forth all day (though it was strengthened to 156+142 on Friday!). Majority of the rest is all 142 operated, with a handful of 156 diagrams on the coast (& Newcastle-Carlisle)

Thanks chaps.

Anyone know if a 185 would be cleared to go along the Esk Valley line to Whitby ?

Never been there so extremely unlikely. In addition Class 185s are really heavy so I doubt NR would want to clear them.

I have been on plenty of 156's on the Bishop Auckland/Darlo - Boro/Saltburn run!

It is usually a 142 but not unknown for a 156 to turn up
