Nr interview outcome

I have recently been for a interview with nr about 14 days ago. On my application online it now reads assessment 2 completed can anyone tell me what this is. And why is it taking them so long for them to let me know the outcome. I have spoke to nr HR and they have said a decision has still not been made.

Do you know what the assessment 2 completed means?

I had two interviews on two days, back to back.

4 weeks later I heard about one, and accepted. 2 months after, I started that first job.

One month into training (3 months after the interview) I was offered the second.

Patience is a virtue

I sat interview with NR and got the result the very next day that i'd passed. Then two days after I was sent details of my Assessment day which was only 6 days away and about 200 miles away from where I live, I went for assessment and there was 10 of us but 8 for our depot.
7 passed, 2 got the jobs and there's 5 of us in the pool now :-/ sooooo for me what started quite quick...ended quick. still hope to be selected for next in take though.
