Hi Guys,
First post on this site. Hope someone can help.

I have an Assessment Day with HEX for a Trainee Train Driver. Day will involve 3 tests, followed by a Interview, if 3 tests are passed.

Does anyone know what type of questions they ask at the interview? Can someone, please help?

Kind Regards
Mark

Sorry, can't answer any of your questions, was just wondering if you're an internal applicant? I assumed so as I've been keeping an eye on their site and have only seen a trainee driver job going to internals.

It's likely to be the MMI I would think. Do a search on here for structured interview (now called multi modal interview) the questions should come up.

Hello, they still use the old reactions test, communications test, skip TRP2 and another one which is like Overground/Crossrail's Visual Search Exercise. Can;t describe it further as i've never done it.

They also don't want borderline passes.

The person above, is this for Hex as the drivers on night shifts do all the shunting....?

Thanks.

What's the old reactions test? Do you know specific names of the tests like Group Bourdon Tea-Occ SJT MMI SCAAT

I don't know it's actual name as I've never done it, it is basically like the bop it, the communications test is the WCT - Written Communications Test, the VSE like test is known as the multi skilling test.

Info on the old tests are on wwww.traindriver.org
