Given that all the green RTVs have a unique number and barcode, could they be canceled? If so, would they be rejected at the booking office stage.
A friend of mine didn't receive his RTVs from a TOC and they said they needed to wait for them to be returned by Royal Mail. This never happened and after a month of waiting they agreed to send out new ones. He's received an email saying that they have sent him new ones and this may take up to 10 days. Saturday the missing letter with the first set arrived Saturday (can tell by date of letter)
He is traveling within the next 48 hours. I've told him to go ahead and use the first set of vouchers then when the second set arrive, ring the TOC with his reference and explain and offer to shred the second lot or post them back to their freepost address.
Just wondered if he might have a problem getting the first lot accepted at the booking office?
