I'm guessing it's Cross Country Penzance to Aberdeen in the UK.
Arisaig is the furthest West station and Lowestoft is the furthest East if that is what you are getting at....
Going by that logic, you can have any route between those or if wanting to maintain a continual East direction then:
Arisaig - Glasgow Queen Street LL - Edinburgh - Newcastle - Peterborough - Ely - Norwich - Reedham - Lowestoft.
