Hello everyone,

I have applied for the position of customer service assistant in the underground, soon i will be attending for the assessments.

Can someone please explain to me more about the day and what is expected, what kind of tests there will be? how is the role play like? and also the interview. Any examples please

Hi, I had a couple of friends go through the assessment,

I believe the role play is based on helping a mobility impaired customer navigate
The network, however I am not 100% certain.
There is another thread from a while back that goes in to the
Process in much more depth, and would provide you with all the information you need to know so you best bet is trying to find it!

I am still looking through the forum and have not found any in depth examples, i will continue to look, as i am desperate to land this job.

Is there anyone who has recently attended the assesment centre? Pease help

Not a problem at all! Everything going well for me on my station so far - now four and a half months in and still loving it!
