Well done the real fun starts now!

Is there a pass mark percentage for each exam? My friend on a course at FGW and she has to score over 91%!

Congratulations!!!
Try not to forgot that stuff as you will need to remember it when you come to sim assessments and final assessments, so make sure you find the time to keep going over it! :)
(And of course assssments when your passed out)

Train_spotter;
This forum will tell you to read ahead. Don't! Just take the course as it comes, ask lots of questions and most importantly, revise, revise and more revision! If you want to learn anything before you start make sure you know the phonetic alphabet!

Yes 91% is the minimum pass you can get. Trainers will however want you to score 95% and above. Ideally 98%-100% is a good score. However it's all very well getting a score, but the individual needs to know what they are talking about.

And obviously to remember so that you are competent to perform your duties... It's got nothing to do with assessments but everything to do with keeping safe and keeping your job...

Well traction goes in, rules go out. Just a tip to the OP to keep on top of the rules. Further to add, I don't disagree with what you've written. However remaining competent will keep your job, not competent in your assssments, out the door you go. (Training stages)

Rules have never gone out of my head I would say traction knowledge is more difficult to retain

My Score, well I didn't have a % as such, 125 questions, 120 right, 5 minor reviews which had to be answered verbally, I basically got those right but didnt word it correctly, you will find the railway is all about correct terminology so its important but I am happy with my score :)

Question - In these assessments and tests, what happens if you don't get a good score. Do you have to retake until you do, or lose your job?

There are always some that people don't pass the rules course. Most that I have been aware of are offered other posts. Some just don't make it. Personally I find it worse when Trainees get to their part 6 and don't make it.

Still gotta pass Traction and Driving :)

Well done Pep. Knuckle down and keep up the good work. Remind me who your with ?
