Hello,

Has anybody attended an interview with line manager for customer service staff at GTR, if so can you please give some info about the interview and things that they asked.

Competency based interview. Tell me about a time....
Make sure you study about company. Generally it should start like Tell me about yourself and what do you know about company. Straight after that competency questions about 6-8 based on your past or current experience. I am not able to tell you the exact question because it may vary. But if you search on internet about competency based question it pretty much gives you idea of what they will be asking for. At the end you have chance to ask them any question this is the time you can impress them by asking question like current position of company and how you may want to help them.

Yes I did when they advertised about few months back. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it, as I was not prepared for the interview.

I've got an interview with the Line Manager on the 15th; I had my assessment in Moorgate on the 28th of May & have been waiting this interview ever since.
