Just take your pony on the train in the Netherlands. The driver of train did do nothing, because he did not want to disrupt the trainflow.

Probably caused less problems than some passengers.

And yes, I saw the mess!

I noticed they kept the stirrups down....personally I think that's more of a crime...when not riding like that they should be run up or placed over the saddle not to bang the animal unnecessarily...on the other hand quite a well behaved animal: good pony material - seems not to be spooked by the train ride.

Hopefully they also cleared up the mess; but I will agree with another poster in that it was better behaved than some humans...

Elephants are banned on the Wuppertal Schwebebahn overhead railway after one fell out.

Possibly not the right thread to post this, but have you seen anything unusual/embarrassing happen on a train with an animal? I'd like to report that my cat crapped herself on the train to Stalybridge when I went home for Xmas and the carriage had to be evacuated, but she just slept; or you were on an ICE in Germany and a man fed a sausage dog a sausage? Any amusing incidents? (Preferably abroad or the mods will be on it!)
