Under the wires

I have just seen an article in the Daily Fail about South West Trains. There is a photo of a SWT train running 'under the wires'. Does anyone know where this would have been taken? I can't think of anywhere SWT would serve that has OHLE.

Possibly, but why go to that bother? Also, isn't the cheatline slightly different on EMT?

Were the 159s not refurbished at Doncaster around 2007/8, that shot looks like a location on the ECML so could be a unit returning after its refurb?

It looks vaguely like somewhere between Stoke and Helpston (Little Bytham?) on the ECML, so quite possibly one of the units that has been hired previously working to Norwich. I don't think it's a recent photo - doesn't look like the current SWT unit on hire.

A quick check of the Alamy stock photo website reveals it's 158890 at Peterborough on the ECML.

Probably taken during the EMT 158 refurb program when an SWT unit was brought in to cover. These units were rotated every few weeks as well.
