Hi there,

Does anyone know how long the unit drags between Ramsgate E.M.U.D. to Derby Litchurch Lane and back are likely to be running for, and will 37800 will be taking over from 37884 once its overhaul is done?

Thanks

no idea how long they will run but they add a nice bit of variety to life along the Marston Vale Line.

I guess the whole fleet needs to be done so the contract must have a long time to run.

I agree, it's nice to see something other than the normal 150, 156 and the odd 66!

They're nearly halfway through the Derby refurbs! They'll keep doing them until Derby has other work to do so any remaining units will be done at Ilford should they run out of time.

37800 and 37884 will be used as both will have the dellner coupler fitted - It'll be down to availability as which one is used

Completed:
10x 375/3s
15x 375/6s

Remaining refurbs at Derby:
15x 375/6s
15x 375/7s

Remaining refurns at Ilford
30x 375/8s
27x 375/9s
