Why, is there some sort of connection between the rail platforms and the RRB parking area at Bradford?

Yes, opposite platform 1. You go through the barriers and to the right of platform 1, down a few steps and onto the bus.

The bus travels down Britannia Street (off Croft Street) to get there. I suppose it would be possible to walk that way instead to catch the bus if somebody was so inclined.

The buses come into the station area from a different direction as the front of the station is also the bus station, so the passengers pass through the barriers then turn right and head down the path passing behind the buffer stops and down some steps to where the buses are waiting.

During Watford blockades coaches picked up from inside Euston station where platforms 1-3 are. I wonder if it might be impossible to run those in the future depending on how the barriers have been aligned?

I boarded a bus at Bolton one sunday while the Farnworth works were going on, and you had to go to the northbound platform and the buses went from the car park. This means passing the northern rent a thugs customer service and revenue protection team, who would inspect your ticket and tell you where the bus was.
