Where can I find information of what is being used on routes?

I am trying to see what is running so I know if it's a unit I need and so I can plan when to get down to see it.

Is there any gen group that shows this, I know like the crosscountry HSTs have a facebook group, I'm hoping there's something like that.

In simple terms all Bedford to three bridges are 377/387
All Sevenoaks services are 319's except one am trip which is a 387
All loops are 319's except a few early morning and evening services which are 377/387
Bedford to Brighton are 377/387's and a handful of 319's.
