Hi there,
Last week I paid for some train tickets online and collected them from my local train station. This is the first time I've done some thing like this. It was meant to be 2 adult tickets. The machine printed only 2 tickets so I immediately put them in my purse and didn't bother checking them. I assumed they were the 2 tickets. However, I just checked now and one of them is the sales receipt and the other one is the actual ticket! Which means one ticket did not print!!
I am meant to be leaving on Saturday and panicking because we're supposed to be running a marathon on Sunday. I will be going to my local station tomorrow but I fear they might say I should have come earlier but I only found out today! I really don't want to pay for another ticket because last minute tickets are so expensive. I still have the e-mail so what should I do?
