Follow behind a truck with loading steam train

Today I have been follow behind a big truck with steam locomotive on it is Peckett 0-4-0ST bright lime, on the A1124 from Eight Ash Green to the A12 toward to Ipswich. When I pass the side of truck trailer I was try to see what number on the badge and name on plaque but it was nothing on.
It looks like currently restored. Maybe it comes from Colne Valley Railway or East Anglian Railway Museum.
If anyone knows what is happen and where it go? please let me know.
