Attached is a list of stations (as at 31 May 2016) detailing whether they have TOD (ticket on Departure) facities (either with a TVM (machine) or at the booking office) or not.

I'm intrigued by the number that are located in the ticket office and so only available when this is open, which does negate one of the key advantages of TVMs.

According to that list, Forest Hill has TOD, yet I thought when LOROL upgraded the terminals to FASTIS+ to be able to sell Oyster, that facility was lost?

Well that list is definitely not 100% correct as its showing that two of my local stations have no TVM when they do

If that's corrrct it's another example of the inward looking approach of TfL who seem unable to grasp that peole might want to buy a ticket to travel outside of London.

The most recent release of FasTIS+ does have ToD functionality, though won't let the clerk override a booking which has been set to "Same Card" collection.

lf anything, the situation is actually the opposite. Lorol's non-S&B TVMs surely offer the greatest range of tickets of any Toc in the country, including tickets up to a month in advance, a limited range of Day Ranger and Rover tickets, in addition to tickets available from other stations, ToD collections, Oyster card vending and enhanced functionality for station staff to sort out issues with Oyster cards.

Which stations in London allow clerks to override 'same card collection'?
