Restriction 1D

Has 1D been updated recently? Brfares has no generic London Terminals restrictions on return however National Rail and booking engines are enforcing:

London Terminals (except as shown below) Mondays to Thursdays after 06:44 and before 07:59 or after 15:57 and before 17:46 - or Fridays after 06:44 and before 07:59;

Yes. This was changed with the start of NFM25 on Sunday 4th September. There was quite a bit of publicity about it in advance:

There was a thread about it on the forum too but I can't seem to find it now. Despite all the publicity, the rail industry data sources from which BR Fares derives the human-readable restriction text were not updated in time with the new details, so BR Fares is unfortunately out of date. But if you scroll down to the "Unpublished Restrictions", you can see the correct/current details down there.

Is there any reason why the human-readable restriction text didn't make it to NFM26 either?

I need to correct myself as it has made it to NFM26, just brfares is showing the wrong restriction in the ticket summary of:
Outward: NOT VALID ON TRAINS ARRIVING LNDN BEFORE 1008 M-F.
Return: AT ANY TIME
Ticket issued to: LONDON TERMINALS
