Hi all. I am just trying to make a list of all stock that has plug sockets.
So far i can think of the following:
165 - No plug sockets in First Class or Standard Class. One plug socket by each set of doors (they say "not for public use" and are unfortunately almost always switched off).
166 - No plug sockets in First Class or Standard Class. One plug socket by each set of doors (they say "not for public use" and are unfortunately almost always switched off).
168 - They have plug sockets next to every seat. Also one plug socket by each set of doors (they say "not for public use" but they always work and lots of people still use them).
170 - They have plug sockets next to every seat in First Class. No plug sockets in Standard Class. One plug socket by each set of doors (they say "not for public use" but they always work and lots of people still use them).
171 - They have plug sockets next to every seat in First Class. No plug sockets in Standard Class. One plug socket by each set of doors (they say "not for public use" but they always work and lots of people still use them).

If anyone can provide any information about what other trains have them and where they are located and what classes they are in that would be much appreciated.
Also out of interest why do the plug sockets by the doors on many trains say "not for public use"? Is this just the TOCs trying to be as difficult and unfriendly as possible? I see people use these (especially on the older 375s and 377s) almost every day (and i use them myself very regularly as well [probably at least three or four times a week]).
