Merseyrail sell them - 10p a ticket, but retailers are reluctant to sell them, ...
3) Because they don't work automatic barriers.
Priv holders are entitled to free travel on Tramlink regardless of whether you hold a Travelcard. If you've a Priv Travelcard (z1-6) then it's valid on Rail, LO, LU and DLR within the zones. It's not valid on buses but I've never had a problem. I remember it being marked LUL / DLR only pre-LO and never, ever had a problem, even travelling on the notorious Heathrow Connect.Oh is it? I assume to farringdon?
I think it worked at Liverpool street also.
Now I would like to make the point I had a valid ticket on the national rail services concerned and wasn't using the lul ticket to fare evade.
Going back to lul privs, at the time it was marked "valid lul / DLR only". Now they are marked "valid TfL rail only". So a 2nd question is that valid on tramlink?
