Hello everyone,
Tomorrow I'm going Edinburgh > Lockerbie and I want to avoid the bus replacement service by Going Edinburgh > Glasgow Central/Queen Street > Lockerbie.
My question is this, can I travel that route on a £19.40 Edinburgh > Lockerbie Anytime ticket? The lady at the Edinburgh ticket office said that there was no problem doing that, but I don't trust her.
The cost of individual tickets is almost £40 (Single) and I really don't want to be hit with that on top of the £20ish single out of Edinburgh.
Also, why is it so expensive to go Edinburgh > Carlisle compared to a Edinburgh> Lockerbie +Lockerbie > Carlisle ticket? The system is broken!
