Went for an assessment day in Lincoln a few weeks back for EMT customer facing talent pool.
Along with around 20 other people we all sat Scaat & TRFS
After lunch, they sent all but 3 home
I hung around for feedback and asked how my test scores were, they said they hadn't marked them yet.
I was asked to email for my scores the following week.
3 emails and a telephone call later, still no test results.
Does this sound fairly common and shall I just give up chasing?

EMT and their precious little talent pools are a joke.

Just because people are in one does not guarantee them a job at the end of the day.

I was in the talent pool with them and was treat awful by them.

They should have told you there and then if you passed them.

Keep requesting them!

Chin up mate.

Yes, their HR seems on par or worse than the industry standard for communication. I didn't get any feedback for something I sat with them either. If they have preferred internal candidates they just set up assessment days for the hell hell of it, some sort of HR training exercise, a veneer of due diligence, fairness and accountability if you like, but I doubt they even Mark half the scaat tests they do.

Nee bother mate.

I have and learned from it.is have met a more bunch of two faced people in my life.they take 'great pride' in their talent pool.I remember my informal interviews with them with an Area Station Manager and the Customer Expereince Manager were a joke and the Customer Expereince Manager (s) were condescending ***** with whom I had contact with. The talent manager and talent advisor I was in contact with the less said the better.
